4th of July

| We headed up to the Tavern household the morning of July 4th to celebtare the 4th of July. As soon as we arrived, Leila had to show us her NEW swingset!!! It was an early birthday present so she could enjoy it during the summer. |

Baby shower for Eric & Sarah!

| In June I traveled to Ventura for the family baby shower to celebrate the impending arrival of the newest Holmstrom. Elisabeth did a beautiful job of decorating, using the theme of "Baby Appleseed" (the sweet endearment that they used to refer to the new little guy during the 9 months of waiting) |

Tiny Dancer

| After a year of ballet, tap and jazz class......Leila had her first dance recital. The day before the big event, we went to dress rehearsal. The show was at the Pantages Theater in Tacoma. Leila was a little apprehensive about all of it at first but in the end she did fantastic. |

Happy Birthday Erin !!

| For Erin's birthday this year we traveled up to Tacoma for a brunch prepared by Chris and Leila. The only appropriate birthday cake at that time of the day was one of Erin's favorites......a maple bar. So with candles lit~ Leila was Mommy's big helper! |
